Quality, Environment and Prevention Department (QMAP)
The Quality, Environment and Prevention Department (QMAP) of HCC manages, controls, supervises and verifies the integrated quality, environmental and occupational safety and health management system in accordance with the UNE-EN-ISO 45001:2018 reference standards. UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2015 and UNE-EN-ISO 14001: 2015, whose scope is "Maintenance, repair and rehabilitation of concrete infrastructures, civil and hydraulic works, and buildings".
The high commitment of QMAP in line with the increasingly demanding demands of our customers has made HCC consolidate as a reference in terms of quality management, customer satisfaction, respect for the environment and the natural environment and, especially, for the safety and health of its workers.
The pillars on which QMAP is sustained are continuously maintained, revised and reinforced with an annual training plan for its workers, coordination between departments (Production - QMAP), which is essential for the success of the project, planning and monitoring and exhaustive control of his works.
We have a highly qualified staff that adapts to all the requirements and particularities of our clients, being able to face such specific tasks as vertical works, works in confined spaces or water at ultra-high pressure, which allows us never to resort to the subcontracting for this type of activities.
This leads us to the fact that our level of accident rate is very low, which allows us to obtain, year after year, the honorable mention for low accident rate awarded by the mutual accident and occupational diseases (FREMAP), as well as the annual achievement of the "Bonus" that the Ministry of Employment and Social Security grants to this type of companies.
